Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) said more whistleblowers are needed in order to get around the Justice Department stonewalling Republican investigations into the Biden family’s business dealings.

“We need more whistleblowers, more people in these agencies that have integrity that want to restore the truth,” Johnson told Fox News Tonight, speaking of federal agencies such as the FBI. “But people do things wrong when they break laws, and they try and hide it. It’s not easy to do investigations, especially with the deep state covering it all up.”

When asked about what else can be done to advance the GOP investigations, Johnson said the hope for advancement rests in the House of Representatives.

“Unfortunately, in the Senate, Republicans are in the minority,” Johnson replied. “Sen. [Chuck] Grassley (R-IA) and I, in our investigation, pretty well laid out the foundation of the entanglements of the corrupt Biden family, but right now, our Democrat colleagues have no interest in the corruption within the FBI, corruption in the Department of Justice, so it’s really in the House.”

Johnson said he would like to see impeachment hearings on Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and Attorney General Merrick Garland.
